Lifetime Structural Warranty

Every Stratix wheel is backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty covers any structural defect that results from normal, intended use of the product — not abuse, neglect, or improper installation. Whether you’re on the street, at a show, or on the track, your wheels were designed to perform and built to last.

Let’s be honest — when a company only offers a 3–5 year structural warranty, they’re not just setting an expiration date on your coverage — they’re showing you exactly when they stop believing in their own product. At Stratix, our belief doesn’t fade with time — we back every wheel for life, because that’s what true confidence looks like.

What’s Covered:

• Structural integrity of the wheel: forging failures, cracks, or material defects resulting from manufacturing.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage due to misuse, potholes, neglect, curbing, accidents, or improper installation.
• Damage caused by tire and wheel installation shops.
• Use of incorrect hardware, spacers, or suspension modifications.
• Do NOT under ANY circumstance loosen or adjust the bolts on multi-piece wheels. Doing so automatically voids the warranty.
• Cosmetic or finish damage (see below).

3-Year Finish Warranty

All Stratix wheels come standard with a 3-Year Finish Warranty, covering the original purchaser against defects in material or craftsmanship — including issues like peeling, excessive fading, or clear coat separation — under normal use and care.

Because let’s be real — if a company only backs their finish for a year, they’re not proud of it. Your finish should last longer than a lease. At Stratix, it does.

To qualify:

• Wheels must be properly maintained and cleaned regularly with non-acidic, pH-balanced cleaners.
• No automated brush car washes.
• No use of abrasive compounds, polishers, or harsh chemicals.

Please note: Normal wear, brake dust, minor surface scratches due to owner or debris, and oxidation due to improper care are not covered.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

1. Submit your proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) to support@stratixwheels.com
2. Provide high-resolution images of the issue.
3. Include details of vehicle use, mileage on wheels, and tire setup.

All claims will be reviewed by our quality team. In approved cases, Stratix may:

• Replace the affected wheel(s)
• Provide a credit toward a future set
• Or offer a repair/refinish solution based on severity and availability

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet eligibility requirements.
