Crafted with Intent | Forged to Lead

At Stratix, wheels are more than performance parts — they’re art in motion. Each design is born from intention, refined through precision, and built to forge a new standard. We don’t replicate trends — we craft individuality.

CAD and FEA Design

Digital Design & Engineering

Validated Before Metal Is Ever Touched

Every Stratix wheel begins in the digital realm — where engineering, vision, and balance converge. Each design is meticulously modeled in CAD and put through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimize weight, structural integrity, and performance.

We validate the design long before a single cut is made.

Materials and Forging

Materials & Forging

6061-T6 Aerospace Billet | Full Grain Alignment

We start with aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum — chosen for its superior strength-to-weight ratio. Through true forging, we eliminate porosity and reorient the grain structure to follow natural load paths, enhancing strength where it matters most.

A spin-forging process further refines the barrel, increasing radial strength and reducing weight — creating a structurally sound foundation.

Lathe Forming

Lathe Forming & Profile Shaping

Where the Signature Stratix Form Begins

Forged blanks are precision-turned to define the wheel’s depth, face, and flow. Up to 70% of the original material is removed during this stage to achieve the aggressive concavity, symmetry, and profile that make Stratix wheels instantly recognizable.

CNC Milling

CNC Milling & Design Execution

Engineering Becomes Reality

We bring the design to life through multi-axis CNC machining. From deep pockets to beveled edges, each cut is executed with absolute precision. These complex tool paths often take hours to complete — but that’s what it takes to create something that feels tailored, not templated.

Each wheel is hand-finished, deburred, and inspected before finishing begins.

Tooling & Surface Precision

To ensure the cleanest surfaces and finest detail, we utilize anti-vibration tooling, high-speed cutting techniques, and performance-grade coolant systems. These processes allow us to machine faster — without ever sacrificing finish or accuracy.

Quality Control & Inspection

Nothing Moves Forward Unless It’s Perfect

  • Dimensional measurements (run-out, concentricity, radial/axial tolerance)
  • Surface and contour inspection
  • Validation of brake clearance, center bore, and bolt pattern specs

Tight tolerances are our baseline — not our goal.

Assembly and Final Sign-Off

Assembly & Final Sign-Off

From Precision Parts to Complete Masterpiece

For multi-piece wheels, components are test-fitted, torqued to exact specs, and re-validated for balance and concentricity. Once manufacturing is complete, every Stratix wheel is inspected at our Colorado facility to verify dimensional accuracy, finish quality, and fitment specifications. Only after final approval is a set packaged and released for shipment.

This Is Art In Motion

At Stratix, every wheel is the result of design, engineering, and craftsmanship converging with purpose. From the digital model to the final coat of finish, every detail is deliberate. Every line means something.

This is building art in motion.
