Crafted with Intent | Forged to Lead

At Stratix, wheels are more than performance parts — they’re art in motion. Each design is born from intention, refined through precision, and built to forge a new standard. We don’t replicate trends — we craft individuality.

CAD and FEA Design

Digital Design & Engineering

Validated Before Metal Is Ever Touched

Every Stratix wheel begins in the digital realm — where engineering, vision, and balance converge. Each design is meticulously modeled in CAD and put through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimize weight, structural integrity, and performance.

We validate the design long before a single cut is made.

Manufacturing Pathways — Defined by Choice, Unified by Standard

Stratix offers two distinct manufacturing pathways, each governed by the same uncompromising engineering principles and quality expectations.

Global Forged Program

Produced through carefully selected global ISO 9001 certified manufacturing partners operating to precise Stratix specifications, tolerances, and design intent. This program reflects our commitment to precision, consistency, and elevated craftsmanship on a global scale.

American Forged Program

Fully American manufactured and precision-machined within the United States for clients who prioritize American production and the highest level of manufacturing provenance. From raw billet to final machining, this program reflects a commitment to domestic craftsmanship, controlled production environments, and a standard of execution reserved for those who demand distinction. Designed for clients who value origin as much as outcome.

Materials and Forging

Materials & Forging

6061-T6 Aerospace Billet | Full Grain Alignment

We start with aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum — chosen for its superior strength-to-weight ratio. Through true forging, we eliminate porosity and reorient the grain structure to follow natural load paths, enhancing strength where it matters most.

A spin-forging process further refines the barrel, increasing radial strength and reducing weight — creating a structurally sound foundation.

Lathe Forming

Lathe Forming & Profile Shaping

Where the Signature Stratix Form Begins

Forged blanks are precision-turned to define the wheel’s depth, face, and flow. Up to 70% of the original material is removed during this stage to achieve the aggressive concavity, symmetry, and profile that make Stratix wheels instantly recognizable.

CNC Milling

CNC Milling & Design Execution

Engineering Becomes Reality

We bring the design to life through multi-axis CNC machining. From deep pockets to beveled edges, each cut is executed with absolute precision. These complex tool paths often take hours to complete — but that’s what it takes to create something that feels tailored, not templated.

Each wheel is hand-finished, deburred, and inspected before finishing begins.

Tooling & Surface Precision

To ensure the cleanest surfaces and finest detail, we utilize anti-vibration tooling, high-speed cutting techniques, and performance-grade coolant systems. These processes allow us to machine faster — without ever sacrificing finish or accuracy.

Quality Control & Inspection

Nothing Moves Forward Unless It’s Perfect

  • Dimensional measurements (run-out, concentricity, radial/axial tolerance)
  • Surface and contour inspection
  • Validation of brake clearance, center bore, and bolt pattern specs

Tight tolerances are our baseline — not our goal.

Assembly and Final Sign-Off

Assembly & Final Sign-Off

Regardless of manufacturing origin, every Stratix wheel comes from our Colorado facility where it undergoes final inspection, dimensional verification, and meticulous quality control before approval for delivery. For multi-piece wheels, each component is carefully test-fitted, torqued to precise specifications, and re-validated to ensure proper balance and concentricity.

At this stage, every wheel is inspected to confirm dimensional accuracy, finish quality, and exact fitment specifications. Only after passing this final evaluation is a set approved, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Whether produced through our ISO certified global partners or our American Forged program, every wheel is held to the same Stratix standard — defined by bespoke specification, disciplined engineering, and uncompromising craftsmanship.

This Is Art In Motion

At Stratix, every wheel is the result of design, engineering, and craftsmanship converging with purpose. From the digital model to the final coat of finish, every detail is deliberate. Every line means something.

This is building art in motion.
